Google PR changing more often

It has happened twice in jan this year, i am not sure if that was just a small shift or data push on some DC, but it seems like google is updating the PR more often these days.

It becomes bit confusing as the sites with PR 0 go PR 5 at times and many a times, it decreases to 0.
