am really astonished with this. but brett tabke of webmasterworld has removed the access to his website for all robots.
he said that he has dis allowed all spiders and robots from his site using robots.txt file due to overload on server.

but i think its a wrong move.

They have a large user base but as internet is becoming more popular, they might miss new traffic.

Also forums like Digitalpoint will gain from this.

they have really gone mad
they will loose all the rankings for various long keywords on google
and am sure the board will go down soon.

there rankings are already down in just 3 days of this thing happening

they were stable at 279 for a long time, but see now, their rankings on Alexa are 410 for the day

Am sure this will drop more soon.
