keyword tracking on different servers

hi everyone
am new to these forums and i hope to find some nice answers from few experts here.

i want to see if there is some reliable tool for check the keyword rankings on different data centres/ google regional websites ?

it takes lot of time to keep a track of those keywords from different Google and Yahoo engines
