I don't think it's quite over, there are still datacentres that are showing different results. But things are starting to stabilise.

PR still has many flaws and such things do happens. But what i cannt understand is why should one bother about PR, when it got nothing to do with SERPs. PR does has an effect on the SERPS, but I agree completely that it is not what webmasters should be focusing on.
