Hope to get some advice from you guys here.

I have a site that has a PR of 4 when I see it on google toolbar. For some reason, the PR is not flowing through to the internal pages. Every other page has a PR of 0.

I am pretty confused. My site was predicted PR 2... got to only PR 5.

How old is the site?? If it is one which has just moved from PR 0 to PR4, then you will have to wait for its internal pages to gain some Pr.

1st updates on newer sites sometimes give only the homepage a PR. By next updates the internals will all show a PR. when we do link exchange most of us put link such a way that inner links point to our home page only.so u can understand why home page get PR early compare to other pages -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

No one has asked you a question which is basic SEO in my opinion.
Do you have a sitemap or use Google Sitemap?
Are these internal pages all linked from the homepage?
