Default ...to vary the title text...

hi folks,
When using the <a href="document.html" title="name"> tag is it better to vary the title text ,,,,,eg using "burger bar" and "beef burger bar" when pointing at the same page but on different occasions/pages.., to try to capture a number of key terms or just stick to one in the hope that you can optimize really well for that one term? -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. It's a good idea to try and use other search phrases within the title tag within an <a href> tag. I wouldn't go crazy and spam, but I've seen instances where this helps. Every little bit helps. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

The title attribute is not used by google/yahoo/msn as far as my testing shows. Use it to give your visitors more useful information about the link. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

it doesn't carry much weight.
but it doesn't cost anything to write title tags.
so why not do it. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --
