google toolbar pr

i am seeing a constant change in the pr on the toolbar for more than 20 days now.
i wont term it as some data centre flux, its something that makes things very unstable.
i cant trust the Pr of any website i see on G

its long time this is happening.
i wont term it as a flux, but its something very common these days

in addition to PR changes.
i am also seeing some changes in the number of indexed pages for my website.

at times its just 5 k and at times it jumps to 20 k.
