Google map on google search page

hi all,
This morning I was just googling for a particular private school in my hometown. I entered the name of the school and the name of the town.
OK, well not surprisingly their website came up top of the search results. But wonder of wonders, it had a little google map beside it actually in the google results I thought maybe they put something in their home page to get that but I looked at their page source and couldnt see anything. Was expecting some meta tag that says Hey we are at 1234 northeast sewage treatment plant drive in piddlewater idaho 56778 please googlemap us. Nope.
