Default why google fails to find these pages

hi friends,
This is probably something easy for you guys to sort but we are struggling to figure it out.
I work on a site .creativepool.co.uk and i have always struggled to get google to find the site. Admittedly the site is far from w3c compliant and I know this doesn't help anything but can anyone tell me why google finds this page:
/employee/jobboard.php but not /employee/jobboard.php?action=jobtitle
and continuing why it doesn't find any of the job specific pages:
/employee/jobs/artdirector-jobs.php

have a you anu suggestions please
thanks in advance for any help

I find a program like Xenu LinkSleuth to be especially useful in seeing what the bots can see of a site. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

Cant you just build a Google site map, it's the recommended option for sites with dynamic pages. No reason for Google not to find them then, -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

You might want to re-write your URL's, within your .htaccess file use the following commands
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^([a-zA-Z0-9_-]+)$ jobboard.php?action=$1 [QSA,L] -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --
