Google only shows a subset of the links it knows about your site, whereas yahoo and msn shows all links that they know to your site. That's the difference. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

Personally, I think google index all links on your site. But shows only relevant and quality.It means that google try to divide links on "natural" and paid (spam).
