Which is better: Google Adwords or Yahoo Overture?

In your experiences,Which is better: Google Adwords or Yahoo Overture?

I know about google adwords but never know about yahoo overture.But i hear that yahoo is better than Google adwords.

can anyone tell me truth?

Yahoo is not bad, but I will prefer google adwords because your ads get displayed to only your potential customers. Whereas in Yahoo! this is a bit less. You ad is displayed generally in yahoo. So indirectly google gives you potential customers.
