Website has Page Rank 4, but page not in cache

I wish to ask something that is troubling me since long, i started a website in Feb this year.

The website is having a PR 4, but there are no pages for site:website.com query on Google

Also, there is not even the home page in cache of Google

Is the site banned ?
or there is some issue with google
