Hello there

I want to ask you that can a .com.pk or .pk or any other country extension domain come above in rankings on Google.com search. I have ac ouple of sites that are not performing well at all .

No, as far as i know, these are usually country specific and that if you want to rank in the US, hen use a straight up .com , and host in the US
hosting matters as much as domain.

In my view, any domain can rank anywhere, however country specific site seem to have extra weight for that country, the biggest factor seems to be having your site hosted in the country you are targetting and also getting links from other websites hosted in that country.

I do a lot of search but have not seen any country specific domain site on the top of the rankings yet, maybe your site will be the first one i would see. Hope that becomes true.

I think it really depends on query type.
I have one celebrity name .in domain comes for above .com domains.

i think this wont cause much of issue. It depends on the links you are getting and what kind of SEO has been done on page.
