Why is my page's location in the search results lower than before?
Till now, in 1-10 results, and now totaly down to 41-50 etc..?

There are many factors in this
You haven't given ur site's URL
You haven't specified the exact time period. (TILL NOW????)

Try to get more inbound links, create a good internal link structure, keep updating content of your site reguarly, try to get linkes from good PR sites and the see the rankings improve.
