G taking long to refresh sites

Hi pals, h r u, answer this I noticed that google is refreshing longer and longer, i now have to wait for about 10 days for refresh of my sites, before it used to take only a couple of days, three at the most.

Mate, this has happenned to all of my sites. I put links on my site everyday, that reason is out of the window.
