Google's PR Update

When was the last time Google had a PR toolbar update that effected all websites?
I think one year ago,

Hi, I think the one in February last year but not the pages wer updated rather the update effected only few pages.

Related question.......anybody know, when will the next similar update, is it happens after regular intervals and how many times it was done in the last year.

There was also one in April time after Big Daddy was wheeled out.
lso there was a hint of one last week but it seemed to die out even before it got started.

In my opinion, it happenns four times a year.
