Well, in my opinion I would not suggest these. I usually ignore adds that are placed on any site, that are sponsored ads by a large company. The only ones that I look at are the banners with interesting, elaborate colors. And if I do, I usually never return to the site. I do however check out ads that are unique to only that site. And by advertising on individual sites, you can spacificly target your traffic to an audience that would be interested, where as adsense is not as reliable. I am sure I am not alone either.
