Or should you go to $0.10/click?
What is the ideal cost per click you're willing to spend?
Is it worth spending $1/click?

I think $1/click isn't bad at all. But ofcourse you should consider also your budget. It really depends on your budget. But for sure is it really worth it if you spend your money on adwords.
