i was thinking abt the number of people who have started working on internet.

there are many women who are writing content for websites and are making good money, they have an edge over others in writing articles for being native americans.

i guess that there is lot to be done on internet for work at home moms. they can even sell some stuff, make money from revenue sharing websites, write content, write some press releases which make more money than usual content.

I think if this work force develops their skills in a better way, they can cause issues for outsourcing companies which are operating in some developing nations. i guess these American women can also decrease the prices to much an extent as they can produce lot of articles in short span of time.

i was once thinking about the same. I would like to order articles from people who are in USA rather than buying them from someone in India

but at times, there are some people who have been writing content for web for almost 2 - 4 years and i guess they can really write well.

Another important factor in writing content for websites is the proper use of keywords in the articles, which i guess most people will not be able to use that well. even i have seen that teens going to colleges are working part time on internet and there are many having nice profiles on Scriptlance.

But as pringle said, there is a difference in a writer having knowledge of SEO and one just having an edge for being a US native writer. There are many writers from India and other developing nations who don't have a very good command over english, but still claim to be content writers. There are lot of service providers on Scriptlance and even on GetaFreelancer who lack quality and they produce articles with lot of mistakes. Mind you, the mistakes are not only in grammar, but there are many other factors which these people do not understand.

And i think they will need a lot of time to improve. Chinese are not good for content writing. They do work much better in programming. IMO, content writing can be best done by someone having knowledge of SEO as well as having good command over english.

It is a fact that SEO knowledge should be must for people writing content on internet. I would prefer to hire some American to write content if that is cost effective. Their quality of writing will always be better compared to some one sitting in third world nations.

I think that making thousands of dollars and writing 200 articles a week sounds good in theory...however, it's not so easy to produce 200 QUALITY articles in a week.
