Directory script which is SE friendly?

Does anyone know of a Directory script which is SE friendly? Most scripts i've researched on place scripts such as

http://www.mydomain.com/script/index...ourdomain.com/

are there any scripts that doesn't cost too much, that would place a link as http://www.yourdomain.com/ ?

you could make a simple 1 yourself
make a Page where the user enters details and it saves it to a different database or text file depending on the category,

I've actually found one.... Its called CPLinks (http://www.cplinks.com/) and it generates static HTML pages with regular links...
