What is the Best PHP Directory Script?

I am looking to start a new directory - PHP / MySQL Based.

What is the the best pre-made script to use?

I want to have options free / paid / recip for submission. Need it to be very SEO friendly as well.

Naturally the best features possible. The script definitely doesnt have to be free - its quality that I'm after.

I'd say there's no the best one for everyone. It may be the best for me but may not the best one for you

I just bought a $25 license to phpLD and installation was a breeze. Very nice script.
