How much one earns with a directory?

I own a PR 5 directory and I am earning a lot of $$ via it. Just, you have to make sure that your price is good enough to attract the buyers and rest goes pretty well, making you earn tons of $$.

I do not own any directory yet, but I am looking forward to make one. I have a few Pr 6 and PR 7 websites where I shall focus the directory on.
