How long until Google Directory refreshes new DMOZ results

Hello guys

I have a site that was accepted into DMOZ about 3 months back.
It is not yet in the Google directory though, and I thought that G picked up their dir results directly from DMOZ. Incidentally, the DMOZ cat has 24 sites in it and the exact same G cat has only 17.

Google updates from dmoz whenever they feel like it and semi-randomly (at least from the outside) so it could be anywhere from a few days to several months before the Google directory refreshes with dmoz.

As far as I have heard , it does it every fornight or every month. Not sure though.
