Yahoo Directory Listing ?

I was thinking of getting my real estate website listed in Yahoo Directory. Will it bring any value to my website for being listed in Yahoo ?

My main question is that it is worth paying them for listing ?

you can expect some traffic from few top categories
but if you are listed in some deep category, you wont get any clicks.

and there is some usage as far as SEO is concerned.
