server overloading or not?

Hi all,
Is there anyone who runs TYPO3 on a shared hosting environment? Actually, I am planning on putting 40 TYPO3 accounts on Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13GHZ with 4GB memory. There will be no email services but will have a firewall. Do you think I am overloading the server?
