moving sites off and on main server?

Hello people,
I need a secondary server to move a heavy site off my main server. Also need cpanel to move smaller sites over to this new server that need the same CP as my main. So, can anyone suggest few providers should I be looking at for a reliable host that offers a good entry-level deal on servers with cpanel and 10K SCSI??
