Default SQL Server 2005 Express Edition??

Hi guys,
I found Free Microsoft SQL Server on the net - SQL Server 2005 Express Edition SP2. Please tell me if it is safe to install on my Windows 2003 Server hosting server? Is it the same SQL server which ASP require for database?
Thank you so much. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

This edition is an upgrade version of the previous MSDE version. And ofcourse, it is possible to use ASP to connect to this version of SQL server. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

Hi,

with Sql Express 2005, there is no security concern, it doesn’t make much differences on hosting environment until you have any specific requirements of additional services like reporting service etc. but it may affect server memory a bit. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members.
