Default to transfer data from one server to another

Hi there,
Please let me know the best way to transfer 300GBs data from one server to another. Should go down to the DC with a extrernal hard drive and transfer it or to do it over a 100mbit connection via FTP? I have about 3500 gbs a month of transfer and only 400gbs have been used this month.
Thanks. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --

Hi,

the best way is to archive the data to zip or rar and then move it from UNC or use Sync with FTP. will be more faster and accurate.

i tried the sync with FTP once with SyncBackSE and took 2 days, finally i end up moving it the way i suggested and completed within 8hrs.
