forum handling?

Hello guys,
I am using a VB forum, at peak time members online reach 100 and is expected to reach around 300. Please advice if the following server will be able to handle it? Specs are:: Intel Celeron 2.5GHz, 1 gb RAM.

With these specs, you can most certainly run far more than 300. But you may have to do some apache and mysql tweaking.
