For an ecommerce site, I am interested in recommendations for companies offering fully managed, dedicated servers, with great tech support. The server should be running Linux, Apache, PHP and MySQL. Good uptime, quality of tech support and great US internet connections. Plz suggest where to find the best fully managed dedicated LAMP servers in the US?
