DS for eComm project?

Hello guys,
I need a DS for upcoming eCommerce project. Expecting 4K users/day with about 20K page views. Database is small and will be updated once a month so I'm planning to use query cache.

I have few queries i.e. is 10Mbps Uplink Port Speed enough or do I need 100Mbps? 1GB or 2GB of RAM? Single Dual Core CPU/Dual Single Core CPUs/Dual Dual Core CPU? 2x250GB SATA RAID 1 or something faster?
