hardwre advice?

hi there,
i want to dismantle my desktop to build a 1u rack webserver for colo at one of the IDC. I have pentium 4 2.8ghz processor, abit motherboard, geforce 5900xt, 512 ddr ram, and sata 80gb hdd. Please advice what hardware do i need to build the server? Any help will be appreciated!!

I guess most server cases accepts a standard ATX motherboard, so use a motherboard with onboard video even if you won't be doing many graphically intensive activities.
