dual core or opteron?

Dual Core AMD Athlon X2 3800+
1GB DDR RAM
1x80GB SATA HDD
Remote Reboot
Serial Console Access
1500 gb bandwidth
or
2x Opteron 242
1-gb ecc ddr memory
1x80 gb hdd
1500gb bandwidth
serial console acess
remote reboot
