reseller requirements-opinion!

Hi all,
I read SoftLayers Reseller requirements but I disagree with the points like, Must resell SoftLayer servers above the pricing listed on the SoftLayer website. The whole idea of reselling looks to gain a profit from your services, and to set your own price. What about your opinions?
