Hey guys, I wish to have a budget dedicated server hosting with

AMD Sempron 2600
80GB HD
1GB RAM
1200GB BW
10Mbps Port

With 10Mbps port, will I consume the 1200GB BW? and for hard disk, should I select IDE/SCSI or SATA?
