ways to target better adsense ads

i am looking for ways to target better and relevant ads for my pages on Google Adsense.
My ads are poorly targeted.

The following two things i hope should help, please do add what you think will matter.

1. keyword density on pages
2. title, keywords in meta tags and h1 tags for bigger words

Please share if you have any more ideas
