I think your first option, cheaphairremovalsolution.com is probably the best bet for your website domain name. I know I personally would not search out anything numerical and I would wonder about page rank and SEO quality. Keywording 123 would be difficult too, it would just look unnatural in any keyword optimized articles or wording.
