We have used many dedicated server providers so far and i think servermatrix.com offers very nice plans and also they are having the strong back of ThePlanet.
the network is really good and secure. we havent seen a downtime for past one year for two of our servers.
And the support system is good and tickets are replied quickly, but not as quick as Layeredtech does. they also offer nice servers at really good prices compared to The Planet.
Another good provider i have seen so far is Interland
