Yahoo is not bad, but I will prefer google adwords because your ads get displayed to only your potential customers. Whereas in Yahoo! this is a bit less. You ad is displayed generally in yahoo. So indirectly google gives you potential customers. But there have always been problems regarding this, like flase clicking etc. But in the end, google has came up strongly.
