Once your site is accepted, it will remain on their home under a link, 'Sites submitted in the last 7 days'.
Once your site is listed, it is natural for you to look up in that link for your website. And you keep doing this for all the seven days. ( I did it)
While you are at it, you are more likely to click on a directory or two just like that; a traffic generated!
I got traffic more than I expected in the first week after launch mainly because of directory critic.
