I'm installing i-rater and I keep getting these errors:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: fasttemplate in /home/photobli/public_html/admin/config_settings.tpl.php on line 3
I installed everything correctly, so why are these showing up? If anyone has already installed irater before and would be so kind as to helping me install mine.
