i am not much aware of the technique, but i feel that it wont work
you can ask the same guy abt what niche is he working on. There may be some categories in which the click rates differ a lot for top bid and the lowest bid.
so, it could be possible to make money. but it will need lot of effort and to keep on tweaking as the market stats change very quickly
