hey axis

If I was working on the MSN search team, I'd add a few lines of code that basically said
a) blogspot sites can never be in the first page or so of search results, and b) look at the total number of search results and apply a formula so that if there were a lot of results blogspot pages won't be in the first 5 pages of results.
