but this is something happening on most of the forums. Restricted access is to the users who are good and add up things for the help of community.

i think the concept started with two things in mind.

1. the user will know others and also others on the forum will get an idea about the user before they deal.

2. the forums will get more number of posts and more activity as new users will quickly want to post more and get access to all forums. -- This message may have been cut off and the rest will only be shown to members. To become a member, click here --
