Yahoo has been trying the program in its beta since a long time and publishers from many countries have been waiting for a worldwide launch of YPN.
But there is no official statement regarding the same. I guess that YPN will be available to many other countries, but yahoo is not very much concerned about this in the moment. The advertiser base is huge and they pay more compared to Google Adsense
