http://domains.gdtechindia.com for domains for just 80 cents. Last week they were offering 35 cents, but now the special offer ended.
their prices are even lower than their main company, i don't know how, but sounds bit crazy.
.com is not less than $ 6.49 anywhere as resellerclub offers at this price, but they are offering it even cheaper than this.
