Default "Flush Logs"

Hello friends,
Please advice me to configure MySQL Administrator to execute a "FLUSH LOGS" each time a scheduled backup is run. I'm running binary logging on the database server, and MySQL Administrator on a separate windows machine. I've found other script-based backup tools which will do a flush logs as part of the backup routine, but I can't figure out how to do this in MySQL Administrator. Anyone here can help me please?
