You need to get a more powerful server. A site using 300-500 GB bandwidth per month, don't require more then 2 Mbit. For any high traffic website, put server on a 100 Mbit PORT, and use metered services such as 1000-3000 GB. This allows to burst bandwidth, incase you get a bunch of users at once.
