Go to your "documents and settings" folder. Drill down to "your name"/application data/MySQL. There is a file called mysqlx_user_connections.xml containing all your connection settings. Check if that contains the "Hawaii" entry more than once. Make a copy of this file before changing anything there. And see what is wrong.
