Default Delimiter recognition error.

Hello guys,
I have several machines running the QB1.2.1, 5.0.22-community-nt, windows xp pro sp2, and toad for mysql 2.0. We downloaded the Sakila sample db scripts version 0.8. Initially we ran the scripts from the command line and everything loaded fine. And then dropped the database and re-ran the scripts using the Toad editor and QB tools. In both editors, we get numerous errors wherever Delimiter or Declare are used.
Applying a patch for Toad (QP5.dll), both Sakila scripts run perfectly. But the same problem exists for QB. Is there a similar patch for Query Browser?
Any idea out there?
